Yes, but....: At age 49 this will not be the last partial you have & it may be likely that over several years you may lose one or all of your remaining upper teeth. A partial denture rests on your gums (sore spots can occur) & often attaches to several of your teeth, which ultimately over-stress and loosen these teeth. See your dentist for an examination and consultation to discuss the best treatment.
