Skin Lesion: Well, the best way to find out what they are is to see a doctor, examining the skin lesions are the most important part in diagnosing them, but if I want to take a guess then I would think you have a superficial bacterial skin infection or clogging of sebaceous gland due to an oily skin. See a Dermatologist.

The ? is not clear: I know you have limited space to ask your question, but the way this is asked no answer is possible. I'd recommend seeing a dermatologist since this sounds more like a rash (all over my body) than a cyst which is usually located in one place. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
