Fibroids cervicalpol: Small bumps on cervix are not nebothian cysts. They are probably related to the uterine fibroids as seen on the ultrasound. They could be small cervical polyps.7.

Yes: Its common to have spotting or heavy bleeding from fibroid but nabothian cyst usually does not cause bleeding. If this continues to be a problem, please see a doctor.
