Chloycystectomy: You shouldn't worry about that. the surgeon will give you Antibiotics anyway before and after the surgery. The Rod in ur leg is not an indication for Antibiotics before procedure.

Abx proph: Yes. You need to tell your surgeon and you will have prophylaxis for the procedure. Good luck with the surgery.
