had my gall bladder removed about 6 months ago.about 4 months ago started coming out in skin rashes to my arms legs torso they go within about an hour?

Hives: I would need more information, but this is unlikely to be related to your gallbladder. Urticaria, or Hive is a rash that can come and go rapidly. It is an elevated salmon colored itchy rash.
