How to know if i reherniated the disc after microdiscectomy?i have some nerve tingling and strange feeling but not pain in both legs

See your surgeon: You should contact your surgeon. Tingling can be a very vague symptom, and may or may not relate to your disc. It's reassuring that you don't have pain, but you could have inflammation of or pressure on a nerve in your back next to the disc. Your surgeon should recheck you.
