Sciatica: Usually when people feel tingling or burning especially in the back there is a concern for nerve impingement or involvement. Therefore it is appropriate to see a sports medicine doctor or PMR physician for a complete examination and consideration of a MRI and nerve test. There are local injections or medications some of which may be topical that can help. Acupuncture and PT may be a consideration
