Tingling: Widespread tingling can occur with deficiencies of calcium,magnesium, potassium, iron and vitamin b12. Bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome can be the cause of both hands tingling,however. The liver and gall bladder are located in the right upper abdomen. Contact a physician if symptoms persist and appropriate tests will be ordered in order to make a diagnosis.
