See you doc: 5-7 weeks after missed period and get a blood test. At times in very early pregnancy, the sac is not seen on ultrasound,. Good Luck

Miscarriage?: You might have had an early miscarriage. If you did a pregnancy test that was positive and ultrasound was negative after some bleeding, this is likely what happened. If you don't know if you were pregnant, possibly you were late for other reasons, such as stress, infection,etc. if your period does not come in a few days, get checked again. Good luck!
