Not pregnant: If your pregnancy tests are truly negative then you are not pregnant. If there is a sac in your uterus it's not a gestational sac. It may be a fluid collection, possible polyp or cyst, artifacts, etc. Pregnancy, should produce the hormone HCG, which forms the basis of the pregnancy test.
