I have been getting my regular periods. me and my boyfriend is trying to have a baby. i took a test when my period was a day late and it was negative. i did an ultrasound when i was two days late and saw something like a g-sac. what could it be?

Whoever has reviewed and interpreted your ultrasound should be able to give you a better sense as to what you are seeing. You are still early and we would not expect to see a pregnancy yet on ultrasound, especially in light of a negative pregnancy test. Try to be a little patient and the situation should become clear over the next week or two.
