Have arthralgia -- what are some warm ups to do before working out to help?

Same as anyone else: For most people with joint pain, there is no need for any special type of warm-up. The same sorts of things that a non-arthritic person does should be adequate, except perhaps with more attention to areas that are particularly stiff or uncomfortable. Don't avoid exercise, but be gentle and listen to your body.
