A member asked:

Can i use ice wraps for my joint pain in my knee or is heat best?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Both: After an acute injury we usually recommend ice for the first 36 hours. After that heat is recommended to help healing. In physical therapy for years heat and ice are used snd this is called contrast therapy. In part this depends on how it makes you feel. You can use both or choose one depending on your comfort zone.
