Meningitis?: I am assuming you meant to write meningitis? Its relatively rare to begin with and I have never personally heard of anyone getting it from a dental abscess. Even less likely if on antibiotics. Get regular dental and medical check-ups, live a healthy life, enjoy yourself and don't worry about the unlikely hazards of life.
