Doubtful: The lesion in question would need to brushed/ biopsied itself to know if cancerous. The Pap was done on your Cervix, not the nodule. Most are benign epithelial nodules, occluded glands, etc. If, however the lesion is scaly, itchybleeding, or you've had problems, get it checked. Vaginal or Vulvar cancer is uncommon, takes a long time to occur; it is usu preceded by scaling, itching and bleeding.
