Vitamins: Taking your vitamins daily is good start. Don't forget to follow with a good balance diet each day to include leafy green vegetables, fresh fruit, lean protein source and daily yogurt. Get plenty of sleep and exercise daily - your body will thank you by staying health. Wish you well.

Should be fine: It's unlikely to cause any significant issues if you take a daily multivitamin, particularly if you avoid "megaman" vitamins with super high doses of each respective vitamin and/or mineral. Super potent vitamins could possibly lead to toxic levels.
