Fecal impaction: you may have a fecal impaction caused by severe constipation and need an enema. before doing an enema you can try a suppository. this can cause loose water stool to move around the impaction resulting in the diarrhea. you can take stool softeners which typically won't cause profuse diarrhea. hope this helps.
