Time to see a doctor: Sometimes, we do literally get 'stuck'. At these times, a visit to a doctor can help. Well, actually 'the nurse' - since you may indeed need an enema to dislodge what has become impacted. The key is not to get into this position with a good amount of fibre in the diet, and plenty of water to avoid dehydration. Now, all of that won't do any good because there's an obstruction there.
