Prune juice: We don't want prune juice to give the runs. That is unhealthy. Just want it to help w/bowel movements. Everyone is different. Start w/one glass and increase until effective. Use unsweetened prune juice because the sugar or artificial sweeteners in juices is not healthy for anyone. Peace and good health. If you have GI symptoms please see your doctor.
