Possibly: Sometimes gynecologists can do a surgery to remove adhesions (scars) that are blocking tubes to increase the chance of pregnancy. You would need to see your gynecologist for a definite answer. It depends upon the extent of the disease and anatomy. They may need to do an MRI, exploratory laparoscopy or other testing to determine if a procedure might be helpful to you
