Sweat bumps: Sweat is produced by glands likely they get clogged/ over produce when you sweat alot and so they swell and itch( a sign of pain and histamine release),once you decrease the sweat they unclog and so the symptoms disappear. Keep your self hydrated and wash off with water when sweating alot
