No.: No. An arcuate uterus has a slight midline septum with a broad fundal cavity indentation. There is a risk of miscarriage is greater with longer septa. Pregnancy outcomes are usually good. If treatment is necessary, hysteroscopic resection is usually the treatment. I would suggest that if you are having recurrent miscarriages.
