Stomach/kidney: Both medications aqre NSAIDS and can cause both errosive gastriris and GI bleeding, including stomach ulcers. Both medications can cause kidney and occasionally liver issues.

No difference: both meloxicam and naproxen are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications, and carry the same risk profile.
