Mobic (meloxicam) & Naproxen: Meloxicam, and Naproxen are non steroidal anti-inflammatory medications. It is not recommended to take multiple nsaids together as that they can cause stomach upset, kidney dysfunction and more.

Both are nsaids: Both Naproxen and Meloxicam are non-steroidal anti-inflammatories but work by different mechanisms. The Meloxicam dose may not help that much, but would be ok to take. It might be a better idea to take a different pain reliever to help the Naproxen work better to relieve the pain.
