YES: I suggest using only 1 NSAID: either meloxicam or Naprosyn- not both; however, a 10 hour time frame is not an issue. I would also suggest protecting your stomach lining with a PPI like omeprazole or Nexium (esomeprazole)

No: do not mix antiinflammatory meds as that will increase the risk of sideeffects. Tro naproxen twice daily with food and eliminate the meloxicam.
