Possibly: Sarah all that you described could be a FM, however I would suggest seeing a doc. There are certainly other explanations.

Possible: 30's fem with depression, headaches, joint pain, fatigue, & parasthesias queries possibility of fibromyalgia. Indeed, these are signature symptoms of FM. A Rheumatologist can ascertain. The diagnosis is one of exclusion and other conditions need to be ruled out. Many FM patients have concurrent Joint Hypermobility Syndrome. You might review the Brighton Criteria to discover if you have this.

Fibromyalgia: is a chronic condition, meaning it lasts a long time—possibly a lifetime. Once the disease develops, hypofunction of the stress system could account for fatigue, increased pain perception and dysautonomia. The good news is fibromyalgia is not a progressive disease.
