Difficult to answer: You present numerous symptoms which can be linked to numerous medical problems. Sometimes symptoms of headache, depression can be due to a deficiency of serotonin in the body. These problems can cause insomnia, tiredness, impaired concentration. Thyroid problems can also be a cause. Low B12 levels can cause fatigue, cognitive changes. A check up with your physician would be a good idea.

Sx are too broad: Your sx could be either medical, psychological, or both. You have to rule out medical causes first:i would recommend contacting your physician asking for complete work up. If results are normal, then you might want to speak to a psychologist to figure out what causing stress. If there's abnormality, you still might want to enlist help of a psychologist to improve coping.

See below...: All the symptoms u describe are not uncommon with depressive disorders...Although more details are needed, to know for sure... I hope u are in psychotherapy working on the underlying emotional issues. I have seen many a client have their physical symptoms disappear as their depression lifted... Of course, a general physical work up with ur md is a good idea as well... Wishing you well!
