Finding diagnoses: Correctly diagnosing such a complicated list of symptoms isn't possible by just plugging terms into an internet search engine. It requires careful evaluation by a good physician, who listens to your history, examines you thoroughly, and orders & reviews pertinent diagnostic tests. Then a working diagnosis can be made & treatment plan set up. You can see your doctor for this workup and help.

Food Allergies: You must test igg food allergies to gluten/wheat/casein/egg and many of the other common causes. I see this very often. Ige food allergy testing and skin testing is not complete to rule out this possiblity.

Dry mouth : Many medications cause dry mouth, if you are taking medication you can consult the pharmacist to find out if it is a side effect. There are many things you can do to treat dry mouth.

Leaky Gut? Lyme?: One possible cause of all of these is increased intestinal permeability, sometimes called "leaky gut syndrome" which can trigger systemic inflammation, cause food allergies & nutrient deficiencies & toxic overload.See www.Huffingtonpost.Com/leo-galland-md/do-you-have-leaky-gut-syn_b_688951.Html but then you need to find what it causing that! lyme disease could also cause all of these.See comment:.

I agree with Dr. Pappas that you would be well-served by seeing a good doctor who can perform a comprehensive assessment and assess the underlying causes. I would advise seeing a holistic MD or DO- see http://www.abihm.org/search-doctors

Thanks for your comments, and for adding the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine link, Dr. Baker. When the patient said "link," I may have misunderstood her to mean an internet hyper-link where she could enter search terms and find "the answer" -- rather than some syndrome that might "link" her many symptoms together. How funny of me. I'm glad we have so many good doctors like you on HealthTap, so that we all move forward! :-)
