Extra energy, a bit: Cranky and hungry maybe, but otherwise you should be fine. This is a small dose for only a few days.

Doubt it: The average person makes the equivalent of 5mg/day as part of daily function. A 5 day course is typical.This is a low anti-inflammatory dose. Typical therapeutic doses that might generate common known side effects would be 50 mg or more/day.
