My periods have been very inconsistent, the symptoms are coming together over time, feels like my uterus is bottle-necked, what signs warrant an exam?

Cycling irregularity: It sounds like your symptoms and your actual menstrual bleeding are not coordinated, and that can be frustrating. this may pass on its own or you can start a form of hormonal contraception, like pills, to regulate your menses. call a doctor for any severe pain or bleeding.
