Im hurting in my uterus. i haven't had a period in over 2 months. pregnancy test said no but i have all the symptom of pregnancy. what could be wrong?

Pain in pelvis: There could be pregnancy, but this could be many other things including especially serious conditions like an ectopic pregnancy or pelvic inflammatory disease. You should be evaluated by your doctor and have blood drawn for preganancy and infection and a pelvic examination performed to make sure there is nothing worse happening. I would get evaluated asap.
