Either or neither: If the pain is not getting worse, or better yet getting better each day, it's probably normal. If it suddenly got worse after 2-3 days, it could be a dry socket. In any case you should call your dentist and have it looked at for a post-op follow up.

Maybe both: Call the dentist who extracted the teeth and have him/her take a look. This needs to be visualized to be diagnosed.
