Worrisome...: An empty sac with HCG levels of 87500 is worrisome. With HCG levels this high, you should at least see a fetal pole and a heart-beat. Make sure you see your Ob and find out what is going on. I don't have enough information to tell you. Its hard to know how far along you are from just the HCG level.
