This is a concern : While “worried” is a bit strong, one would normally expect to see something under these circumstances, though it is still possible that this is a normal pregnancy. Since HCG levels should rise quickly, a repeat test in 2 or 3 days would give you a better idea about what’s going on.

Sonogram: A sonogram can detect a fetal pole around week 6. Your doctor will likely want to schedule a sonogram to determine if there is a fetal pole with a heartbeat located inside of the uterus when you are 6-7 weeks from your last period. Alternatively They may want to repeat your BHCG 48 hrs after the last one to verify at least a 66% increase
