Fell bump on her hea: She apparently had a head injury and with a bump on the head you need to take her to er, for evaluation and possible cat scan to rule out subdural hematoma.

MD: If the fall was traumatic it sounds like she deserves an md eval to rule out serious injury like a bleed. Urgent care close by?
