No unique symptoms: Panic attacks and TIA's both have many, many different symptoms. Some are the same in both. A symptom is only one clue.in the steps of a medical investigation to determine cause and treatment. Age is an important factor. For example babies don't have paniic attacks. Older people, with riisk factors for heart disease and stroke are more susceptible to TIA's. If your symptoms are new get seen NOW.

Most panic attack: symptoms are described by people as more like a heart attack than a mini stroke. People report heart palpitations, shortness of breath, pain.
