Rule out cv event: Pts with pd can sometimes tell that a cv event feels different but docs are obligated to rule out a cv event.

Yes: Structural anomaly, signs are absent in anxiety/panic. They are non exertional. Overall hx and exam by doc helps.

Yes: Chest pain in cardiovascular event is usually verysevere, cardiovascular event can also have breathing difficulty, marked weakness and fainting.
