Yes, and no: Yes it's bad if you are driving or on stairs or crossing a busy street, but it may be a slow heart rate or aortic stenosis and not a stroke.

Blackout: Blackouts are not good. The are multiple possible causes, TIA or cvs are possible.

Do NOT ignore: Could be due to blood pressure drop, possibly secondary to a primary cardiac arrhythmia, epileptic seizures, medication reactions, anemias, thyroid problems, and of course tia's and strokes. See your doctor and get this handled!
