Likely positional: Tingles or paresthesias can be from a variety of causes. It can certainly be from poor fitting shoes or leaning on the legs too long in one position. These are ub category of positional ischemia . Other possibilities are neurological disorders such multiple sclerosis, spinal stenosis neuropathy from diabtetes and , vitamin deficiencies such as B12 deficiency. Likely its nothing to worry about.
