See MD : You need to see a physician immediately. Chest pain can be caused by GERD, inflammation of the chest wall, lung problems & heart conditions. Heart conditions such as a "heart attack" require emergent evaluation. This must be ruled out first.

See your doctor: See your doctor for evaluation immediately. It is important to make sure the pain does not originate from your heart or any other structures needing immediate intervention.
