36 m when i play racquetball for 1.5 hours, takes heart rate two hours to get below 75. no cooldown done. what can cause this? no sob, chest pain etc.

Would not be worried: The fact that you can play racquetball for 1.5 hrs argues that you are in good cardiovascular shape. That it takes 2hours after you are done playing seems long, but that may be normal for you. If you are having no other symptoms I would not worry about this.

This IS a prolonged: heart rate recovery time. One of the most important measures of cardiovascular fitness is how quickly your heart rate recovers in the first minute. Slow heart rate recovery may mean you are exercising too intensely. As you suggest, a cool down period may help. This is an issue I would consider discussing with your doctor/cardiologist. Exercise testing with exercise physiologist consult may clarify
