No: Slightly enlarged tonsil and adenoid is a reflection of inflammation in the throat. These are lymph nodestructures responding to infection or inflammation. The malignancy in this region is mostly viral and results from transformation of normal cells by factors other than inflammation. Continue checking to see that there is no change in these structures.
