Call doc now: It is hard to say what this could be. But it could be serious. Call your doctor right now or get her seen at an emergency room or clinic. With babies in the first month of life, it is extra important to check out unusual changes in behavior that don't quickly go away. Other worrisome things are decreased ability to suck, limpness of the arms and crying that does not stop with the usual measures.

Painful urination: If a 3 week old baby cries when urinating, it is important for her to see her pediatrician ASAP. This can be a urinary tract infection which is an emergency in a newborn. It can easily lead to sepsis (systemic infection)
