Abdo pain 5yo: hello, long differential diagnosis so see a Pediatrician but common is constipation, helminthiasis, mesenteric adenitis, and if there is distension, you have to think of rarer issues like obstruction, volvulus, intersusseption, urinary tract infection and many more. Constipation is the usual one and worms. Please see a Pediatric man thanks
