No: A 14 mm stone in the kidney will not pass.Too big to go down ureter.No hydronephrosis because it is not at the point where the ureter joins the renal pelvis(called UPJ for ureteropelvic junction) where it would block drainage & cause hydronephrosis. Please get it taken care of because it will give you trouble. I am not going into treatment options but please get treatment.Good luck.
