Just...: For your clinical scenario, i would probably just review hx pertaining to stone clinical activity, get a kub if prior stone was radiopaque, and urinalysis, with US only for the first year after care for stone and its related hydronephrosis. That sounds reasonable. Detail? Ask urologist.
