Last night i burnt my esophagus on scalding hot risotto, days later and it still hurts to swallow.. what should i do? should i be concerned?

See doctor...: You should see a GI doctor since they can look down your esophagus with a scope to be sure everything is ok, especially with continued pain with swallowing. If the GI doctor thinks you should have this test done, it is a same day procedure that is generally well-tolerated. The GI doctor can also treat any problem that is present so go to a GI doctor ASAP!
