I'm trying to conceive. i have a normal 28 day cycle, when are the best days to try to conceive?

CD 12 to CD 16: Most women will ovulate 14 days prior to their next menses. In a 28 day cycle, this will be CD 12 to 14. There is a plus or minus 2 day variation. Good Luck!

Ovulation is Key: Ovulation occurs just shy of halfway through your cycle. So, Day 13/14. Sperm are much more likely to cause pregnancy if deposited on any of the five days leading up to ovulation than anytime after ovulation. That means sperm should be in the vagina days 8 to 13 and possibly, just to be sure on Day 14 as well.
