What are some tips on getting pregnant? & how long do u normally have to try before conceiving?

TTC: As in "Trying To Conceive". Mid cycle is the most fertile time, so sex then is more likely to result in pregnancy. Ejaculation deep in vagina may also help, assuming you do not have a preference about the gender of the child as this increases the odds of having a boy. Difficult to say how long it will take. If no pregnancy after 1 year of trying then need evaluation.
