What is the best age range for females to try to conceive?

Depends: This answer depends a lot on goals of woman and her family. Many women want to be able to provide economically for family and thus will put off family until after schooling. Some women want to have 1 child, others want 5 children. Spacing matters too. As far as fertility, 18-35 are easiest years to conceive and avoid infertility.

Early to Mid-twenti: Recent studies cite 18-25 as the best window, with fertility very slowly declining beginning at age 26-35. At age 35 , experts agree , the decline in fertility becomes more rapid. Conceiving at a younger age is associated with less complications, lower incidence of gestational diabetes and hypertension , and easier labor.
